Peter obtained a Master in Corporate Law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Experience

Peter is a seasoned corporate lawyer with more than 30 years of experience in capital markets and funds. He has a deep understanding of and experience working with capital markets issuers, including structured finance, securitizations and SPACs and also private equity, real estate, private debt and infrastructure funds and their investment, funding, structuring, governance, and regulatory requirements.
